Comment Policy

Comments are welcomed and encouraged that follow a few guidelines:

1. Civil (as in “a civil tongue”)

2. Legal (avoid libel, copyright, and classification issues)

3. Topical (we are not all things to all people - this blog is for the list of categories on the right menu bar)

4. Brief: 200 - 250 words (this set of guidelines runs 208 words). Send longer articles to info at d-n-i dot net for consideration. Once accepted, they can be posted as blog entries or converted to PDFs, uploaded, and announced in the blog.

This is not a public space — we reserve the right to edit comments for spelling and grammar and to delete those that do not meet these guidelines. You will help us greatly by composing your longer comments in a word processor.

If you feel that our editing changes the meaning of your comment, please send an email to info at d-n-i dot net and we will remove it.

Unfortunately, as with a letter to the editor at most newspapers, it may not be possible to notify you if your comment is not published. If this happens, please accept our apologies in advance.
