Army -- Report of Senate Staff Member's Trip to the National December 11, 1997 Comment: #113 Reference [1] "Staffer X," Report on Staff Trip to Army Training Facilities, U.S. Congress, D Last winter a member of the Senate visited the National Training Center (NTC) and the Joint Requirements Training Center (JRTC). He published a widely disseminated report that was, for the most part, well received. It complements and add to the information contained earlier messages on this subject. Several people have suggested that I redistribute it to those of this list who may have missed it. It is referenced above. For those who have already seen it, I apologize for the redundancy.
