Challenges

Here is another way of looking at the four warrior classes and some of the conflict types that they engender.

We have conventional war in one corner, with gang warfare in another corner, non-violent competition between ideas in a third corner, and electronic competition in the last corner.

Between the classes of war, we have overlapping forms of conflict such as terrorism, proliferation, religious and environmental conflict, and information warfare or electronic espionage.

TRANSITION: It is in this context that we must consider whether or not to pursue a Revolution in Military Affairs, and decide what that means to our ability to fight each of these four kinds of opponents.
